Mission Wisconsin

Mission Wisconsin founder Steve Janke connected with Wegner-West Digital to build its new WordPress website. The organization was founded in Summer 2020 to bridge the gap between service members, veterans and their spouses and employers. More specifically, this includes connecting military talent with companies and careers in Wisconsin. This work is high-touch and personalized, but it also requires a strong web presence to keep the organization top of mind.

On the corporate side of the equation, the organization provides a suite of services to help companies move from military-friendly to military-ready; recruit military talent; and assisting companies to build their organization’s brand to serve military talent better.

As a startup, the initial build focused on building out the look, feel and tone of the brand; providing basic information about the organization; and creating lead forms for military talent as well as companies interested in becoming corporate partners.

As the business has expanded, so has Mission Wisconsin’s website and digital infrastructure. This includes additional on-site content, such as an online store, news section and events calendar. We also integrated the site with the company’s CRM, Hubspot, to better manage data, track user activities and fire automations for lead engagement.

To support the digital work, we also provide graphic design services for Mission Wisconsin’s presentations and in-person events on military bases around the nation.
