Comprehensive Pain & Neurology Center is Tennessee’s comprehensive resource for chronic pain treatment. With multiple locations across the state, founder Dr. John Schneider and his team offer patients interventional procedures and therapies to help relieve their pain and reclaim their lives.
Founder Dr. John Schneider started his independent medical practice about 10 years, and I have provided digital and traditional marketing for most of this time. On the digital side, this includes managing the practice’s Google presence; serving as administrator and chief content creator and curator for the organization’s Facebook page; administering the Google Ads account; and more. For traditional marketing, I provide graphic design and public relations services, manage brand standards, and help troubleshoot marketing challenges and identify new opportunities for the Dr. Schneider and his team.
In 2020, I worked closely with Dr. Schneider to reimagine and redesign the practice’s website, tnpainexperts.com. The former website was built on a proprietary platform that was difficult to manage and offered limited opportunities for content creation, design, accessibility, responsiveness and SEO. It also lacked a robust means to intelligently generate and track leads.
The new website, which launched in August 2020, features a more aesthetically pleasing design, is responsive, offers a better user experience and interface, and is easier to manage. Built on the WordPress platform, the new site offers the opportunity to easily add new content, generate custom lead forms for special programs or initiatives, and add features to service the needs of the business. It also serves as a better base for sharing across platforms and tools, including Facebook, Google My Business and Google Ads.
